PMA Graduate Course

After completing their BSC/BA/BS, males can enroll in the PMA Graduate Course. After training, a person can earn the rank of Captain.

TCC (Technical Cadet Course)

Pakistan Army announces TCC in February. To be eligible to enroll for the Pak Army technical cadet course, the following qualifications must be met. In addition, a candidate must be medically and physically sound and receive the ISSB’s recommendation for final selection. The requirements for Pak Army TCC are as follows:

AMC (Army Medical Cadet Course)

With an FSC pre-med degree, one can join the Pak Army as a physician. After six months of training at PMA Kakul, the rank of Captain is attained. Males in their fifth year of MBBS are eligible to register for M Cadet and join the Pak Army as Captains. After MBBS and BDS can join Pak Army as a Captain and after specialization as a Major & work as a Commission officer in various Combined Military Hospitals.

Direct Short Service Commission

After obtaining certain degrees in a subject, one can enter the Pak Army as a captain. They can receive six months of training at PMA Kakul and then join corps such as AEC, Signals, and RV&FC. These are the categories for which you can apply to Pak Arm ICTO based on your level of education. The applicant must have a four-year engineering degree in these standards, regardless of MSC/MCS.

Soldier & Clerks

Join the Pakistan Army as a combatant after completing middle school/matriculation/high school. The Pakistan Army announces openings for clerks and soldiers in April and November. Candidates between the ages of 17 and 23 can register for the Pakistan Army.

Lady Cadet Course (LCC)

After completing their bachelor’s and master’s degrees, women can join the Pakistani Army. Lady Cadet Course allows women to enter the military. Multiple categories are open to female applicants. Armed Force Nursing Service (AFNS)

Females who have completed the FSC (pre-medical) can enter the Pakistan Army through the Armed Force Nursing Service. If you have completed FSC (pre-medical) with a grade of 50% and scored 60% in Metric, you are eligible to enter the Pakistan Army as an officer. The Armed Forces Nursing Service (AFNSS) accepts applications from women with a diploma in nursing.

Eligibility Requirements to Join the Pak Army

The eligibility requirements for joining the Pakistan Army are as follows:

  • Both men and women are eligible to register.
  • Pakistani Nationals may Apply
  • Candidates with a foreign nationality are permitted to register but must relinquish their foreign nationality upon selection.
  • Candidates must be single.
  • The minimum height requirements for men are 5.4 feet (165 cm) and 5.0 feet for women.
  • Only married active-duty soldiers older than 20 are eligible to register.
  • Getting married Candidates are eligible to qualify for the short service commission course
  • No candidate should be expelled from a military training academy.
  • Candidates who have received two rejections from the ISSB are ineligible to register.

Online Registration

To register for the Pak Army online, visit JoinPakistanArmy.gov.pk. Online registration will designate you a test date after 72 hours. You can also register offline by visiting the Army Selection and Recruitment Center (AS&RC). These examinations are administered at Army Selection Centers.
